All American Solutions must have remote access your computer in order to properly diagnose and resolve your problem. Our technicians remotely access your computer to determine the problem and either repair it or advise you about possible options.
By using our services, you are authorizing All American Solutions to remotely access and control your computer for the purposes of computer diagnosis, service and repair, including downloading and using certain software on your computer to gather system data, repair your computer, take remote control of your computer and change the settings on your computer while performing technical support services. Our technicians may need to search your computer to determine the cause of your problem. The technicians will try to limit interaction with your files to a minimum. You agree that All American Solutions has no responsibility or liability under any circumstances at any time for any loss or harm that may arise from or may be related to our services.
You agree to release, indemnify and hold All American Solutions harmless from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any service or work performed on your computer. You agree that All American Solutions is not responsible for any loss of data which may occur as a result of work performed on your computer.
All American Solutions offers no verbal or written warranty, either express or implied, regarding the success of its services rendered. All American Solutions does not assume liability or warranty in the event that any portion of the manufacturer’s warranties is voided.
Payment is due prior to work being performed. Upon completion of the repair, the technician will explain to the customer what has been done and demonstrate that the problem described by the customer prior to the repair has been fixed. The applicable fees for the services will be charged directly on your credit card and you agree to pay the charges applicable to your selected services, as well as any applicable taxes.

If All American Solutions is unable to resolve your problem or if it turns out to be hardware related, you will still be liable for a one hour service charge for time spent by All American Solutions in an attempt to correct the problem.
You agree not to knowingly induce or influence, either directly or indirectly, any of All American Solutions’ employees to terminate their employment and/or independently work for you or any other person.
You agree that calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Venue shall be in the courts of Miami -Dade County, Florida. Any action, suit or proceeding arising out of, under or in connection with this agreement, whether for equitable relief or monetary damages, shall be brought in Miami-Dade County, Florida and no other forum.
In the event that any portion of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable in any respect, then the remaining provisions of this Agreement, or the application of such provisions to persons or circumstances, other than those to which it is invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby, and each such provision of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable to the extent granted by law.
